Reid's Grove
“population 50, (located) on the Balto, Chesapeake, & Atlantic Rwy, 18 miles
from Cambridge”. The railroad had arrived around 1890, on its path from Ocean
City to Claiborne in Talbot County. This station was located between
Rhodesdale and Vienna.
(note: a post office was first established here on 12/8/1892, and the location
lasted until 12/31/44)
