The many friends and relatives of Mr. Fred Willoughby, of East New Market, were given a surprise yesterday, when they were informed by him that he had been married nearly two years.  A few days ago Mr. Willoughby left East New Market, ostensibly to see his best girl, whom every one of his acquaintances thought lived in Hoboken, N.J.  When he returned home, he brought his best girl with him, and surprised his friends and relatives by introducing her as his wife and informing them that they had been married almost two years.  The bride was formerly Mrs. Katharine Harenberg, of New York city, widow of Charles Harenberg.
