Former Sheriff, Thomas A. Melvin, of Dorchester died Saturday last at his home in East New Market, aged 68 years. He leaves the following children: Mrs. Reid, Mrs. Edward F. Bradley, Norman, Roy, Roland, and Gilbert Melvin.
