Lee Stevens, of East New Market, had a narrow escape Sunday night near his home, when his automobile struck an unoccupied car which had been left standing on the State road. Stevens did not see the car until it was too late to stop his machine. His auto plowed through the abandoned car, demolishing both. Stevens escaped with minor injuries.
