The Rev. Mr. Kirwin has returned to his home in Philadelphia after spending several days with Rev. and Mrs. Wm. McClelland at the Rectory.

Miss Ruth Blake spent Thursday of last week with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Blake.

Mr. Neavitt Spence and Mr. Ellis Holland spent the weekend in Baltimore.

Rev. and Mrs. McGraw of Denton were the guests last week of Rev. and Mrs. Wm. McClelland.

At the Bazaar given by the ladies of St. Andrew's Mission Hurlock, Mrs. Wm. McClelland sang several songs accompanied by Mrs. Wrightson Camper.

Some of those in town who attended the supper in Hurlock on Friday were:  Rev. and Mrs. McClelland and guests Rev. and Mrs. McGraw, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Phelps, and Mr. Spence Phelps, Mrs. C.L. Saxton, Miss Annabel Camper and Mr. Wm. T. Collins.

Mrs. Blanche Vane of Linkwood has been spending several days with her sister, Mrs. Laura Vincent.

Mrs. Delaney and daughter Miss Marjorie Hitch have returned to their home in Paterson, N.J. after spending some time with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Spence.

Miss Mary Gootee spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.L. Gootee.

Mr. Stockley and son, Mr. Donald Stockley of Washington spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Frank Spence.

Mr. Wm. Twilley of Washington College, Chestertown spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Twilley.

Mr. Gerald Hudson of Camden, Del. Spent the weekend with his parents Rev. and Mrs. Hudson.

Misses Rebecca Willey and Helen Windsor spent the weekend with their parents.

Miss Rosalyn Teider, of Cambridge, has returned to her home after spending several days last week with friends in town.

Mrs. Emil Metz and daughter, Miss Florence, have returned from a trip of several days to Philadelphia.

Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Gootee, Mrs. Fanny Stevens and son, Mr. Charles Stevens were guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Seward.

Mr. and Mrs. Arvile Moore and baby, of Cambridge, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Moore.

Mr. and Mrs. E.W. Reid were the guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Melvin, of Cambridge.

Miss Louise Boston, of Vienna, spent the weekend with her parents Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Boston.

Mr. Win Hicks and daughter, Dorotha and Mr. Gilbert Melvin spent the weekend in Baltimore.

Mr. Ross Vane, of Rhodesdale, has returned to his home after spending several days with his sister, Mrs. Win Hicks.

Mrs. H.E. Oliver has as her guests on Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Stewart, Mrs. Martha Adams, Miss Bertha Culver, and Master Wm. Charles, all of Seaford.

Miss Mildred Higgins and Mr. Kenneth Thomas, of Cambridge, and Mr. Garland Harper, of Baltimore, were guests on Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. T.S. Higgins.

Miss Ruth Blake spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Blake.

Mr. Thomas Andrews is better after having been sick the past week.

Miss Evelyn Jefferson, of Cambridge, spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs. Ellen Jefferson.

Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Hubbard and son, Gordon, spent Sunday in Cambridge.

Mr. W.A. Andrews spend the weekend at his home near town.

Miss Mary Post, of Salisbury, is visiting Mrs. John Webster.

Mrs. Jefferson Crieghton spend the weekend with his mother, Mrs. Sue E. Creighton.

Mrs. Grant Stiner and son, Grant Jr., have returned to their home in Cambridge, after spending a week with Mr. and Mrs. W.T. Gambriel.

Mrs. J.K. Nicholson and Mrs. Kenneth Jones were Cambridge visitors on Monday.

The Box Social at the High School tonight remember, Boxes, ice cream, good things and a fish pond!  Don't forget, tonight, at the High School.

Mrs. Laura Vincent is some better after being sick the past week.

Mrs. Navy Meyer has returned to Baltimore after spending the summer with Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Meyers.
