East New Market, Md., Dec. 12 - (A.P.) - A family of five died in a fire, which destroyed a frame house in this Dorchester County town last night. State police said the victims were Roy Cephas, 60; his wife, Daisy, 58; and their sons, Nathaniel, 38, Leroy 21, and Ralph 14.
