"Instruct the board of the Oxford Place Property Owners Association to consider the following definition of a trailer when enforcing Item 14 of the C&Rs: any wheeled vehicle larger than 4ft by 4ft that can be pulled by another vehicle.
Note that mobile homes, wheeled vehicles equipped for occupancy, and large transport vehicles are specifically prohibited per other C&R items.
