Oxford Place

Fort Mill, SC

Welcome

Have you been to Oxford Place Lately?  You owe it to yourself to take a look!  Located in beautiful Fort Mill, South Carolina just 5 miles from the North Carolina border, Oxford Place is just minutes away from upscale shopping, dining, entertainment venues, the Charlotte Douglas International airport, and award winning medical facilities.

When you recall your hometown, you are bound to think of acres of rolling, green forests, blooming flowers, ample yards, parks for playing and friendly neighbors.  For the nostalgic feeling that brings you home, there is no place like the York County neighborhood of Oxford Place.

Oxford Place was initially created by Homestead Land and Timber Company in the late 1990s.  In October 1998, the first lot was sold at the end on a cul-de-sac on White Chapel Court.  Construction started shortly thereafter.  In June 1999, the first lot sold on the West side of the neighborhood at the end of Croyden Court.  There are 106 properties in Oxford Place.

The Oxford Place Property Owners Association (OPPOA) was formed in July 2001 when the developer held the initial homeowners meeting and turned over responsibility of the neighborhood to the property owners.
