170 PLC 21 - 29 June 1971 - Robert F. Reid & Margaret I. Reid, his wife, to Frank R. Vickers Jr. & Eva M. Vickers, his wife, for $5:  lot on the west side of Main Street in East New Market which was granted unto Dorothy Elizabeth Delaha by Fred B. Willoughby & Katherine E. Willoughby, his wife, by deed dated 31 July 1959 in 116 PLC 132.  Beginning at the northeast corner of a lot formerly belonging to M.L. Smith, where she formerly resided, at a distance of 20 feet from the center of Main Street; thence binding with said lot to the Jeffry Stanley lot; thence with the said Stanley lot to a bank; thence on and with said bank 206 feet 6 inches to the Andrew Dukes lot; thence running and binding with said lot in a southerly direction 54 feet, 9 inches to the southwest corner of said lot; thence in an easterly direction 121 feet to Main Street; thence with said street to the place of beginning.  Being the same land which was conveyed unto Robert F. Reid & Margaret I. Reid, his wife, from William C. Delaha & Agnes W. Delaha, his wife, by deed dated 30 August 1967 in 152 PLC 650.
