Nossick, his wife, for $30,000:  lot on the north east side of Main Street almost directly opposite the Methodist Episcopal Church.  Beginning at a granite marker at the end of the third course of a deed to Steve Katinsky & Anna Katinsky, his wife, from T. Willis Smith and wife, dated 15 October 1946 in 59 RSM 692.  Said beginning also a bounder between the land hereby conveyed and lands belonging to W.T. Hubbard, thence N8/30W 150 feet, running and binding with a part of said third course reversed and said Hubbard lands to a bounder, thence in a northeasterly direction in a line parallel with said state road, 70 feet, running and binding with other land of, the said Steve Katinsky and wife to a bounder, thence S8/30E 150 feet, running and binding with said Katinsky land to a bounder on the northwest side of said Street and thence in a southwesterly direction, running and binding with the northwest side of said road, 70 feet to the place of beginning.  Being the same land and all thereof which was conveyed unto John D. Nossick & Jennie M. Nossick, his wife, from Stuart E. Woodward & Marie R. Woodward, his wife, by deed dated 25 September 1961 in 125 PLC 125.

125 PLC 125 - 25 September 1961 - Stuart E. Woodward & Marie R. Woodward, his wife, and the National Bank of Cambridge, Maryland to John D. Nossick & Jennie M. Nossick, his wife, for $5:  Whereas the National Bank of Cambridge, Maryland has a in-part purchase money mortgage upon the land described, which mortgage is dated 30 July 1958 in 105 RSM 270, has agreed to join with the said other two grantors herein in the execution of this deed.  [property described as above].  Being the same land that was conveyed unto the said Stuart E. Woodward & Marie R. Woodward, his wife, by deed dated 26 July 1948 in 66 RSM 487, from Steve Katinsky & Anna Katinsky, his wife.

Woodward, his wife, for $5:  [property described as above].  The land conveyed is a part of the land and property conveyed unto the said Steve Katinsky & Anna Katinsky, his wife, by deed from T. Willis Smith and wife dated 15 October 1946 in 59 RSM 692.

59 RSM 692 - 15 October 1946 - T. Willis Smith & Katherine W. Smith, his wife, to Steve Katinsky & Anna Katinsky, his wife, for $5:  lot on the west side of Main Street in the town of East New Market.  Beginning at the northeast corner at a point 15 feet from the center of said road opposite a stone on the inside of the pavement, and at the southeast corner of the property of John E. Patten, thence with the said John E. Patten lot and the land of William T. Hubbard, N70/45W 308.5 feet to a granite marker; thence with the land of the said William T. Hubbard,, S4W 29 feet to a granite marker; thence S8/30E 296 feet to a granite marker on the west side of the aforesaid State Road; and thence running and binding northwesterly and on the westward side of the State Road to the place of beginning.  Said courses and distances being taken from a certificate of survey made by John C. Fisher, Surveyor, and dated 14 May 1946.  The land conveyed is the identical land and all thereof which was conveyed unto the said T. Willis Smith & Katherine W. Smith, his wife, by Thomas H. Andrew, unmarried, by deed dated 17 May 1946 in 58 RSM 191.

58 RSM 191 - 17 May 1946 - Thomas H. Andrew, unmarried, to T. Willis Smith & Katherine W. Smith, his wife, for $5:  lot on the west side of Main Street in the town of East New Market. [described as above].  The land to be conveyed was devised unto the said Thomas H. Andrew by the Last Will and Testament of Gertrude H. Andrew, deceased, recorded 18 January 1944 in 5 RPS 264.  Said land also being a part of the land which was conveyed unto the said Gertrude H. Andrew by William J. Hopkins, assignee, by deed dated 1 December 1894 in 18 CL 697, being part of the land described as Lots Nos. 1 and 2.
