Pennypacker-Austin House (1948)
In 1946, Thomas Andrew divided the land at 2 Main Street and created two additional lots. He sold both of the new lots to Willis & Katherine Smith, who sold both lots to Steve & Anna Katinsky. The Katinsky's sold this lot to Norman & Margaret Pennypacker. According to local sources, the Pennypacker's were responsible for the construction of the house around 1948. The Pennypacker's sold the house and lot to Thomas and Rosa Austin in 1958. The Austin family owned the property until May of 2007.
