611 MLB 713 - 25 October 2004 - Eric Mende III & Vonnie Ann Mende, his wife, to Andras Kiss & Patricia Lee Kiss for $81,000:
Lot No. One lying on the southward side of Railroad Avenue in the town of East New Market.  Beginning on the south side of Railroad Avenue, which is the beginning of the last course of lands described as Lot One in a report of sale filed in Chancery No. 3461, and from thence runs with the same S14/20W 247 feet to Lot No. 3 on the plat of East New Market lands of the Manning Estate filed in the aforementioned cause; thence with the said Lot No. 3, S74/45E 42.5 feet to a locust tree and Lot No. 5 on said plat; thence with the same N16/30E 245 feet to a stake on the south side of Railroad Avenue 50 feet to the place of beginning.
Lot No. Two - Lot being in the town of East New Market on the south side of the county road leading from the town of Secretary and adjoining the lands of Mrs. Eugenia Thomas on the south and West, Dr. R.H. Dixon and Wm. Fletcher on the East, and fronting said county road on the north.
   Being the same land which was conveyed unto Eric Mende III & Vonnie Ann Mende, his wife, from Ann I. Corkran and Charles F. Isenberg by deed dated 31 August 1990 in 263 PLC 563.

263 PLC 563 - 31 August 1990 - Ann I. Corkran and Charles F. Isenberg to Eric Mende III & Vonnie Ann Mende, his wife, for $25,500:  [as described in 611 MLB 713]  Being the same land conveyed unto the grantors by deed dated 12 June 1972 by Mildred Isenberg, widow, (reserving a life estate) in 346 PLC 159.  The said Mildred N. Isenberg having died on 18 December 1988.

174 MLB 414 - 12 June 1972 - Mildred N. Isenberg, widow, to Ann I Corkran, of Hurlock, and Charles F. Isenberg, of Hurlock, for $5:  Whereas, the hereinafter described lots were conveyed unto Frankin A. Isenberg & Mildred N. Isenberg, his wife, by deed date 20 June 1968 in 156 PLC 412.  And whereas Franklin A. Isenberg died on 18 May 1972, and Mildred N. Isenberg became the sole owner of the lots herein conveyed.  Mildred Isenberg conveys lots reserving unto herself a life estate.  
    Lot No. 1:  Beginning at a stake on the south side of Railroad Avenue, which is the beginning of the last course of the lands described as Lot No. 1 in the aforesaid Report of Sales (Chancery No. 3461); and from thence runs with the same S14/20W 247 feet to Lot No. 3 on the plat of the East New Market lands of the Manning Estate filed in the above mentioned cause; thence with said Lot No. 3, S74/45E 42.5 feet to a locust tree and Lot No. 5, on said plat; thence with same N16/30E 245 feet to a stake on the south side of Railroad Avenue; and thence with Railroad Avenue 50 feet to the place of beginning.  Being all of the land conveyed unto the said Franklin A. Isenberg by deed first hereinbefore mentioned.
    Lot No. 2:  All of that lot which was devised unto the said Franklin A. Isenberg and Donald E. Isenberg, by their mother Hattie L. Isenberg, by her Last Will and Testament which was filed on 7 October 1946 in 5 RPS 482.  The said Donald E. Isenberg predeceased Franklin A. Isenberg, intestate and unmarried, and his sole heir-at-law was the said Franklin A. Isenberg.  Said lot is more fully described in a deed unto William J. Abdell from Hattie L. Isenberg, et. al, dated 8 April 1901 in 25 CL 433.  All that lot in the town of East New Market on the south side of the county road leading from said town to Secretary and adjoining the lands of Mrs. Eugenia Thomas on the south and west, Dr. R.H. Dixon and Wm. Fletcher on the east and fronting the said county road on the north.  Said lot was devised by the said William J. Abdell unto his daughter, Hattie L. Isenberg, by his Last Will and Testament filed on 19 November 1915 in 2 RPS 83, and in turn devised by the said Hattie L. Isenberg unto her Last Will and Testament as above recited.

156 PLC 412 - 20 June 1968 - Clarence H. Corkran Jr. Trustee to reconvey property back to Franklin A. Isenberg and Mildred N. Isenberg, his wife, for $1:  Whereas by deed of even date herewith Franklin A. Isenberg and Mildred N. Isenberg, his wife, conveyed the property described unto Clarence H. Corkran Jr., in trust to immediately reconvey said property back to them.  (establishes clear ownership).  [property as described in 174 MLB 414].  Lot No. 1 being the same land described in a deed unto the said Franklin A. Isenberg from Clyde V. Vincent & wife, dated 30 June 1921 in 10 WHM 385.  Lot No. 2 - Being the same land which was was devised unto the said Franklin A. Isenberg and Donald E. Isenberg, by their mother Hattie L. Isenberg, by her Last Will and Testament which was filed on 7 October 1946 in 5 RPS 482.  The said Donald E. Isenberg predeceased Franklin A. Isenberg, intestate and unmarried, and his sole heir-at-law was the said Franklin A. Isenberg.  Said lot is more fully described in a deed unto William J. Abdell from Hattie L. 10 WHM 385 -30 June 1921 - Clyde V. Vincent & Fannie M. Vincent, his wife, to Franklin A. Isenberg for $222:   [property as described as Lot No. 1 in 174 MLB 414].  Being the same lot which was conveyed unto the said Clyde V. Vincent, by Frederick H. Fletcher and Francis H. Vincent, Trustees, by deed dated 16 October 1917 in 4 WHM 18.

4 WHM 18 - 16 October 1917 - Frederick H. Fletcher and Francis H. Vincent, Trustees, to Clyde V. Vincent for $200:  Whereas by a decree of the Circuit Court for Dorchester County dated 8 August 1916, passed in a cause between Herman Manning, et. al., complainants and William Manning, et al., defendants, the above named Frederick H. Fletcher and Francis H. Vincent, were appointed Trustees to sell the real estate in the proceedings.  All that vacant lot on the south side of Railroad Avenue in the town of East New Market adjoining the lands described as Lot No. 1 in the report of sales filed in No. 3461 Chancery.  Beginning at a stake on the south side of Railroad Avenue, which is the beginning of the last course of the lands described as Lot No. 1 in the aforesaid Report of Sales and from thence runs S14/20W 247 feet to Lot No. 3 on the plat of the East New Market lands of the Manning estate, thence with said Lot No. 3 S74/45E 42.5 feet to a locust tree and Lot No. 5 on said plat; thence with same N16/30E 245 feet to a stake on the south side of Railroad Avenue, and thence with Railroad Avenue 50 feet to the place of beginning.  Being the same lands described as Lot No. 6 on the aforesaid plat of East New Market lands of the Manning estate, and likewise being Lot No. 2  as described in the report of sales filed in said cause.

Abdell for $50:  Lot in the town of East New Market on the south side of the county road leading from said town to Secretary and adjoining the lands of Mrs. Eugenia Thomas on the south and west, Dr. R.H. Dixon and Wm Fletcher on the east, and fronting the said county road on the north.  More fully described in a deed from Eugenia H. Thomas to John E. Abdell in 24 CL 660.

24 CL 660 - 5 September 1900 - Eugenia S. Thomas & her husband, Dr. James H. Thomas, to John E. Abdell for $175.80:   Lot in the town of East New Market on the south side of the street running from E.N. Market Depot to the Academy.  Beginning at the NW corner of the Capt. Fletcher lot running with said street north 60 feet, thence south to a stob along fence dividing said lot from brick hotel property 257 feet, thence east with said fence to a stob at corner of said lot 61 1/2 feet, thence north to the place of beginning 244 feet.  Containing 56 & 2/11 perches of land.
